Warehouse managers are responsible for organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of warehouse goods.
Chịu trách nhiệm/ Job Responsibilities
Receives and stores product, raw material, packaging material, spare part, POSM by designing and developing product movement and storage systems; improving operations; managing staff.
Trách nhiệm công việc/ Job Duties
1. Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production plan, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.
2. Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving and delivering product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
3. Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new developing solution.
4. Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
5. Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
6. Control and monitoring inventory data daily, weekly, monthly. Ensure high inventory accuracy data. Perform daily cycle stock count.
7. Develops, maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with Carlsberg regulations by SOP, OPL….
8. Secures property by developing protection and access policies and procedures; coordinating with security team.
9. Updates career knowledge by participating in training opportunities; learning the best practices in Carlsberg Group; maintaining cooperation networks with Carlsberg team.
10. Accomplishes warehouse operations and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures complying with Carlsberg regulations.
12. Accomplishes warehouse Lean TPM process complying with Carlsberg Lean TPM strategy. Develops and maintains 5S in working place. Daily report PMS and escalate the initiating corrective actions to higher management level.
13. Develops Tactical Implementation Plan apply for all staff and improving Skill Matrix and Competency Matrix comply with Carlsberg Standard.
14. Develops Gemba Kaizen in working place to improvements process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
15. Accomplishes My voice program to improvement working environment. Implementing communication with all staff to improve working condition, implementing changes as reasonable needs. Organize team building as agreement plan.

- Regularly check, supervise and collect information about the warehouse daily operations. Handling timely, manage the daily work of the warehouse. Make adjustment as needs. (30%)
- Balance human resources, monitor, arrangement resources and vehicle based on location demand, timer demand. (15%)
- Regularly check the records warehouse log book, promptly guide and adjust when necessary. Check compliance with warehouse procedures. (10%)
- Check HSE implementation and compliance in warehouse area. (15%)
- Check 5S and performance 5S in warehouse area. (10%)
- Conduct training for staff and assigning additional job for staff. (10%)
- Implement improved working environment. (10%)

Đào tạo/ Qualification
+ University degree in accounting, finance and economics.
+ Vietnamese and English languages.
+ Management experience over 3-5 years.
