Responsibility

• Preparing of Transfer Pricing (TP) disclosure form, benchmarking study, TP documentation.

• Diagnosing TP for clients.

• Preparing TP advisory report under supervision of managers.

• Supporting clients in TP inspection and tax authorities dealing

• Regularly attending meetings; when appropriate, answering client queries. Taking minutes and proactively encouraging the Partner/Manager to follow up on agreed actions.

• Building good rapport with the client, with a clear understanding of client expectations and achieving high levels of client service.

• Developing an internal network within the tax department and other service lines.

• Assisting managers in internal technical training and engagement management.

- Working location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi

- Working Time: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)

- Monthly Salary: 530–835USD

Requirements

• Gender: Any. Age: 25 - 30 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in accounting, tax, law or corporate finance

• Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in Transfer Pricing work

• Language: English - Business Level (especially good at speaking and writing)   

• Knowledge and Skills required: 

  - Be familiar with Vietnam’s transfer pricing regulations, APA (Advance Pricing Agreement), OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) TP guidance and BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting); as well as basic Vietnamese tax knowledge

  - Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

  - Good project management, teamwork, interpersonal and communications skill

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Candidates holding VTCA (Vietnam Tax Consultant Association), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Authorized Public Accountants), CPAA (Certificate in Public Accountants & Audit / Certified Practicing Accountant Association), ICAEW (Institute of Chattered Accountants in England and Wales) and Transfer Pricing Certificates
