KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for training/ coaching Sales Representative in sales and routing process. 
  • In charge of C.D.E management for placement, maintenance & collection
  • Responsible to work closely with distributor and manage Sales Representative.
  • In charge for placement of permanent POSM. 
  • In charge to update Routing in assigned area. 
  • In charge of outlet coverage and in–outlet Execution. 
  • Responsible for performing disciplinary/ assessment actions to Sales Representative work results. 
  • In charge to prepare People Plan for Sales Representative. 
  • Timely submission of reports to Area Sales Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  •  High school/ College graduated/ Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Good English is preferred. 
  • Understanding of direct sales system/ procedure. 
  • Good computer skill (word, excel and power point) is preferred. 
  • Being a dynamic and hard working person.
  • Willing to travel.
