§ Manage organizational sales/service provision by developing a brief business plan and sale forecast
§ Develop relevant local partnerships for project proposals and service delivery
§ Acquire new business with commercial clients/real estate developers who have chiller/cooling needs
§ Identify new ways to reach existing and new markets with existing and new solutions
§ Lead the full service provision cycle from pre-invitation to tender, managing the bid through to account management
§ Respond to all leads & invitations to tender in a timely and professional manner
§ Liaise with other colleagues in Apac Region in proposal stage, service delivery, and client/account management
Experience requirements§ At least 7 years of experience in chiller/cooling system business with a good network of contacts in the value chain of this business sector and/or real estate developers
§ Be client facing, able to acquire and manage client relationships
§ Experience in building and managing a sales team
§ Having a good understanding of the market dynamics (suppliers, competitors, consultants, commercial clients, real estate developers)
§ Able to write and communicate in English
Education requirementsTechnical background in Mechanical/HVAC/ Electrical
