Warehouse Operations (Sales Centre / Access Point) 1. Manage Warehouse Operations, including efficient fulfilment of Pickup Orders 2. Responsible for managing Warehouse Team and allocation of staff schedules ,Daily briefing. 3. Maintain storage area by organizing floor space &ensuring that stocks are stored safely 4. Maintaining hygiene, safety and security of warehouse work environment 5. Ensure warehouse equipment is in good condition, including troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. 6. Ensure that Member Complaints related to Pickup Orders are attended / escalated immediately for resolution within 24 Hrs 7. Provide Training to Warehouse Team on Supply Chain Procedures 8. Coordinate with 3PL contractors to manage replenishment / offloading into warehouse Compliance &Inventory Accuracy 1. Compliance with Herbalife GSP requirements and local Health & foods safety standards 2. Ensure compliance with Supply Chain SOPs & SOX requirements. 3. Ensure Cycle Counts & Physical counts are conducted on a regular basis as per Company Policy 4. Inventory Accuracy Target is met by ensuring all variances are reconciled immediately &adjustments posted in Oracle System Entry & KPI Reporting 1. Ensure Oracle is kept upto date & data entry for transactions is completed within 24 HrsData 2. Graduate in any discipline MBA in Material Management / Supply Chain Management Preferred More than 5-7 yrsexperience in Managing Warehouse Operations Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package especially Excel. Experience in Oracle / SAP / WMS for Inventory Management Experience in Retail Store Management or 3PL Distribution Warehouse Operations Project Management experience as a plus Good communication skills in English ( both Oral & Written ) Good presentation and reporting skills Good time management and multi-tasking management skills Result Oriented with Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities Ability to interact effectively with all levels. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change as the external environment and organization evolves.
