Report to: Assisstant Regional Manager, Renewal Management

Position Objective: 

  • To ensure the renewal premium portfolio, which is assigned under her/his territory and other KPIs such as noncash rate… to be well monitored and collected in term of time and business quality.
  • To make sure all the operation activities in her/his area to be smooth and effective.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Checks RA contact reports to prevent risks of lapse/APL due to RA’ mistake. Support/calls to customers and agents when RA failed to contact or in “potential lapse” cases.
  • Increasing RYP & Noncash rate in her/his assigned area by calling customers in outside to remind and guide customers for premium payments
  • Provides necessary information to RA for collection appointment upon requested.
  • Coaches and monitors new or underperformed RA, as assigned by RMD Regional Manager to improve RA’ performance and collection result.
  • Push/accelerate premium payment via Non cash channels.
  • Strictly manage and supervise RA in assigned areas to prevent misappropriation.
  • Involves in organizing training courses to RA in Da Nang – Quang Nam area.
  • Manages to provide an attractive and open working environment to RA to ensure their enthusiasm and high working spirit, which helps to achieve target 
  • Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
    • Correctness and completeness of RA contact reports, especially "unable to contact" and "potential lapse" reports.
    • Frequency of contacting outside customers to remind premium payments. * Correctness in checking databases (zip code) & premium applying
  • Communication Requirements
    • Internal: RA; Customer Services Dept.; POS; Customer Care/Compliance Agents.
    • External: Customers.

Most challenging type of communication – Communicating with customers to introduce & persuade them pay the premium through the noncash channels

Job Requirements: 

  • University graduated, in Finance / Accountancy or Business Administration preferably.
  • Proficient in Mic. Office, especially Excel. * Good in communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrates honesty, resilience, responsibility, initiative and adaptability.
