Store Customer Service Manager - Big C An Lạc

The ideal candidate is a partner with Store Director to supervise cashier operation in order to optimize service quality.

Responsibilities
· Coordinate with HR Department to recruit and coach employees to achieve service speed target
· Manage work schedule to ensure flexibility and fit with number of cashier counters opening in each time period
· Coordinate with related departments to ensure POS and other working equipment in good condition to serve customers
· Manage daily cash revenues, petty cash exchange, in comparison with system, and be responsible to explain with Store Manager about discrepancies
· Manage voucher sales and B2B sales at Customer Service Center
· Resolve customer complains and claims

·2+ years experience in customer service management or store operation
· English proficiency
· Can-do attitude and attentive to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
