Mô tả công việc:

• To report to work within the requested time prior to commencement of duty, well groomed and to uniform standard.

• To create reports, letters, memorandums, forms and correspondence for the Food and Beverage department, maintains filing system.

• To response and records incoming departments mail; records and route all outgoing correspondence.

• To being responsible for controls and requests of office supplies.

• To give full co-operation with the typing of menus for the Food & Beverage department.

• To Inform the Executive Assistant Manager ic of F&B on all problems related to the Food and Beverage department and keeps a record of Food and Beverage employees including personal data, promotional or transfer papers.

• To ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the Food and Beverage office at all times.

• To attend Food and Beverage meetings, keep attendance, types minutes and distribute to all concerned.

• To handle requests brought up by other departments concerning Food and Beverage.

• To prepare of purchase requests and follows up with supplier for the date of arrival.

• To create monthly breakage report, revenue report and guest comments statistic report.

• To maintain professional confidentiality and never disclose company secrets.

• To be a main contact person for all guests inquiries and correspondence for future bookings till materialized.

• To maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters

• To be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to safety management.

• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests

• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride

• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done

• May assist with other duties as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc:

1. Education:

Diploma in Business or Secretarial Study

2. Service years in the field:

1 year of secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3. Knowledge and skills:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Ability to type 45 WPM

Good communications and writing skills

Tasks and Project Management

4. Language: Good English
