- The position is responsible for adapting, promoting and supporting integrated, intelligent solutions for EU customers and Building Sales Activities in Vietnam. The job holder must possess the ability to build cross-business solutions while understanding the customer context, including all participants, processes and requirements, as well as the technical complexity arising from the integration of numerous inter-connected components and sub-systems.
II. Detailed responsibilities:
1. Business & profitability
- Achieve annual order & sales target, respected to the commercial policies defined by Building Solutions activity and to be defined by Sales Director.
2. Project Pipelines Development: Identify, quantify & follow Building Solutions projects in Vietnam
- Detect projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to those needs.
- Work with the end-users, consultants, SI, Contractors to promote & prescribe the Schneider Electric offers.
- Visit the project decision-makers to specify SE’s products.
- Update status of such projects within BFO
3. Building Solutions Channel development on Cross Selling
- Identify potential partners and contribute to develop selected targets into new partnership.
- Work closely with Channel Development Manager to define, deploy, and follow up panel builder plan in Vietnam.
4. Team player & team spirit
- Maintain and develop good relations with team and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast information and latest update
5. Demand generation on Building Solutions
- Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
Yêu cầu công việc:
1. Education: University degrees – Electrical Engineer, Automation or Industrial Controls
2. Working Experience:
- 7-12 years related experience in Sales Development of Electrical or Mechanical Solution Business.
- Preferably from Building Management System (BMS) background with a good understanding of Smarthome, Lighting control systems, Guest Room Management Systems and Information Technology
3. Business Understanding:
- End-user approach, C-level relationship management, solutions selling
- Good understanding of Building, Industry & Infrastructure markets
- Good understanding of Energy Efficiency Market markets
- Strong technical competency
4. Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
- Good communication skills and able to present to customers
- Customer satisfaction oriented & Quality assurance oriented
- Good Spoken & written English (TOEIC > 700)
