Responsible for implementation of Regional QA goals & strategies locally
Support Regional QA manager in developing strong QM structure in the region
Responsible for ensuring that services, processes, and facilities comply to the organization’s Quality Assurance (QA) standards
Supports the organization in establishing quantitative indicators and techniques for measuring the quality performance of the organization, its products, and services
Drives continuous improvements based on a solid documentation standard and the companies best practice approach
Accountable and responsible for creation and execution of quality projects
Drives internal auditing system and formulate corrective actions to maintain and Improve business processes and IP protection.
Manage and ensure that system and control of the QM System are working efficiently and effectively.
Support Regional QA manager to train, Promote and provide training to enable QA Relay and employees to achieve the desired Quality performance objectives.
Responsible for all QA related issues and operational matters in Vietnam
2/ Principal duties and responsibilities
Responsible for Audit Planning and conducts audits with Internal Auditors, including the closing of audit findings, and assists in the execution of proper corrective and preventive actions.
Customer complaint handling and claim mangement.
Support Regional QA Manager to identify and initiate corrective actions related to claims.
Provides input to the QM standard by reviewing processes, procedures, work instruction for consistency in our QM approach.
Responsible for creation of training material that allow employees to understand the functioning of our QM structure and platform in local language.
Manage locally the documentation & training of employees in AQUARIUS (Internal QM system).
Plan and execute production auditing field & IP related activities based on auditing principles
Plan and manage the budget for team activities
Identify non-conformances and initiate CA, PA continual improvement through Aquarius
Analyse the performance of processes periodically & suggest improvements
Attend production and IP review meetings and submit analysis to support quality performance improvement
Share best practice with suppliers to the benefits of HMC, Hence, bring suppliers under our quality assurance umbrella
Analyse the performance of processes in all the departments, periodically & suggest improvements
3/ MAIN REQUIREMENTS
Master or B.S. in agricultural, biology, agronomy, horticulture with 5 years of experience in seed industry in related activity
Min 5 yrs relevant experience in QA and QMS development and implementation, preferably with MNC seed Company.
Experience working with multicultural and global teams is preferable.
Must have Excellent communications skills including the capability to clearly present information through oral or written communications in English and local language
Decision making and problem-solving skills. Capability to Act in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues.
PC proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Works independently and pro-actively.
Good interpersonnal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
Having qualified/certified in auditing or quality management, Strong passion in Quality are add on ’s
