Role and Responsibilities

2. KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

2.1. Sales Tracking & Report

- Perform Monthly Sales Performance Report (for monthly SBR)

- Consolidate Monthly Communication Plan of Key Account/Channel

2.2. Sales Program Settlement

- Leading Sales Admin group, in charge of rebate & settlement of Sales Deduction & Sales Coop Marketing program

- Settle payment to Retailers/Customers of Monthly Coop program

- Main KPI: SD Leadtime 45 days, Coop Marketing: No pending over 120 days

2.3. Bonus Mapping & Calculation 

- Consolidate, Mapping & Calculate Quarterly Bonus framework for Sales & Non-Sales

- Set up Yearly Evaluation KPIs for Sales & Non-Sales

2.4. Coordinate Sales activities for the Company & Customers

- Set up Sales & Marketing meeting monthly on Agenda, consolidate Materials & be the Host

- Manage operational activities regarding Sales & Retailers (Trip/Conference/Guest care host, Sales Meeting coordination etc.)

- Proactively & closely engage with Sales team, Finance/Accounting team & Retailers in relevant meetings

2.5. Lead Sales Admin team in Sales Operations tasks

- Leading Sales Admin team of 12 people to upload/process yearly Trading terms, Annex and other Sales documents

- Deploy updates & changes in Sales Policy & Process (if any)

- Manage the team of Sales Administrators regarding Task allocation, follow-up, performance assessment & HR-related matters.
