Operations Training Specialist (Mới)

JOB PURPOSES

· Supervising and conducting centralized training programs; coaching and supporting the operations to run the business effectively and accomplishing other tasks assigned by Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Center

· Develop and conduct centralized orientation programs in accordance with company objective and CJ CGV International

· Implement CJ CGV International’s core mandatory programs to cinema level

· Implement conceptual training program for the company

· Conduct training need analysis of area and design or develop training course appropriately

· Develop training courses for cinema management

o VN Elite Training Program

o Management Basic

o Management Advance

Customer Service Improvement

· Support RCM/ CM in leading cinema training

· Analyse customer feedback and complaint from VOC team’s report & Mystery Shopping report to come up with training actions to improve customer satisfaction

Special Project

· Design & update training materials when needed

· Coordinate with operations project leaders in term of training support for any activities to improve cinema performance

· Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education background

·         Graduated from College, University. Major in Hospitality would be preferable

Working Experience

·         Minimum 2 years in training or operations, possessing good training skill and knowledgeable in hospitality/ F&B industry

Required Competencies

·         Good command in both English and Vietnamese and Microsoft Office

·         Mature, tactful, innovative and progressive

·         Pleasant and outgoing personality

·         Strong management and interpersonal skill

Other qualifications

·         Able to work under tight time lines with pressure

·         Minimum 24 years old
