National Sales Manager (HCM)

Report to: General Manager (Expat)

Main Purpose of Job: This position is responsible for HOD (Home Office Delivery ) business unit nationwide.

• Identifies in one sentence the highest level contribution to the business results.

Key Outputs: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.

- Formulate business plans specific to HOD (Home Office Delivery) to execute company’s development strategies (market level, channel strategies, geographic coverage, competitive strategy)

- Forecast sales as precisely as possible to related department (factories, logistic…) to ensure total operational efficiency of the company.

- Responsibility to achieve both volume growth and profitability targets as assigned annually by the company.

- Develop distributors network, ensure optimum relationships and alignment with key distributors

- Implement permanent visibility programme to entrench ‘Path to Purchase’ effectiveness in all channels

- Set specific objectives and targets for subordinate (regional level) to ensure agreed growth rate and efficiency in all regions.

- Gather valuable competitive and other information from market place to contribute to planning process or strategic/tactics formulation.

- Measurements / Performance Indicators : Business KPIs

• Elaborate and manage Sales Budget. Manage the reporting of business KPI´s defined

- Measurements / Performance Indicators : Overall achievements versus Budgets & Other Business KPIs

• Recruit, develop, coach, lead and motivate people and manage the team to delivery superior performance and results.

- Measurements / Performance Indicators : Turn over rate, quantity of high performers, Talent (Asset, Hi Po), Succession Planning quality.

• Manage Develiry & Sanitation service

- Measurements / Performance Indicators  : Manage Develiry & Sanitation service

• Ensure sufficient quantity of HOD bottles ordered to support operations/ sales and  lead the process of ordering required amount of bottles based on comprehensive information from supply chain and production. 

• Forecast the sales in bottles and have all information related to bottles itself (how many with customers, in warehouses, at production area, rotations, damaged etc.) from  information system such as Active ware.

- Measurements / Performance Indicators  :  Budget contract and accurate forecast quantity of HOD bottles.

Key Relationships Internal  to company:  Factory, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing

Key Relationships External to company: Distributor, Dealer, Consumer

Key Experiences: 

• Work Experience of minimum 4 – 5 years in a similar capacity with an International company

• Experience in all main Sales mgmt areas (Forecasting, Execution, Operations, Logistics)

• Experience in startegic Planning and forecasting, proven experience in budget ownership 

• Extensive experience in project management processes and change management

• Experience in people management (internal & external), motivation and development of direct reports
