- Provide input to Market Lead decisions that may have an impact on business direction within Therapeutic Area
- Leads the cross functional brand/category team and is accountable for its effectiveness and performance
- Accountable for developing the organizational capabilities necessary to execute the strategic plan.
- Influences management serves as a company resource/support in solving highly complex problems.
- Exercises foresight and judgment utilizing comprehensive breadth of knowledge and prior work experience with relevant business practices within and across business/ division.
- Leverages a variety of communication tools and techniques to communicate business/ division results.
- Accountable for developing brand strategies and tactical programs and TA-specific customer experiences to meet local market needs.
- Accountable for the planning and coordination of the stakeholder engagement, across functions, to meet category objectives.
- Responsible for the revenue and DME forecasts and accurate tracking and monitoring
- Brand Plan: Develop brand plan and review brand strategies with key stakeholders
- Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for country needs
- Promotion Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials
- Develop category Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations
- Long-range forecasting for assigned portfolio.
