  • Develop innovative solutions and mid-term plan that impact the achievement of business on assigned CV portfolio.
  • Leverage constructive relationship across the company to achieve the needs of business.
  • Is a subject matter expert of principles, concepts and theories in a discipline and has advanced knowledge of principles within business.
  • Accountable for the strategic plan that maximizes patient impact and deliver against financial objectives for the category or business segment end-to-end.
  • Anticipates internal/ external business and regulatory compliance issues that impact business.
  • Provide input to Market Lead decisions that may have an impact on business direction within Therapeutic Area
  • Leads the cross functional brand/category team and is accountable for its effectiveness and performance
  • Accountable for developing the organizational capabilities necessary to execute the strategic plan.
  • Influences management serves as a company resource/support in solving highly complex problems.
  • Exercises foresight and judgment utilizing comprehensive breadth of knowledge and prior work experience with relevant business practices within and across business/ division.
  • Leverages a variety of communication tools and techniques to communicate business/ division results.
  • Accountable for developing brand strategies and tactical programs and TA-specific customer experiences to meet local market needs.
  • Accountable for the planning and coordination of the stakeholder engagement, across functions, to meet category objectives.
  • Responsible for the revenue and DME forecasts and accurate tracking and monitoring
  • Brand Plan: Develop brand plan and review brand strategies with key stakeholders
  • Campaign Development:  Select best fitting modules for country needs
  • Promotion Meetings:  Manage compliance review of materials
  • Develop category Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations
  • Long-range forecasting for assigned portfolio.
