Job Responsibilities:

• Act as in-house legal counsel for the corporation in respect of Law on Enterprise, Law on Commerce, Law on Competition, Law on labor, etc.
• Provide legal advice, legal opinion in terms of all legal issues related to the business of the corporation (including trading companies and breweries in Vietnam).
• Draft or/and review/ revise all kinds of contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Vietnamese and English.
• Be in charge of legal related projects, not limited to standardizing legal department’s operation procedures, work- flow designs, etc and other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Requirements:

• Good English and office computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Energetic, dynamic and friendly
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to manage and lead a small team
• At least 2-3 years of relevant management experience
• Experience in working with government authorities is an advantage
