Working as a Key Account Manager, Retail & Hospitality at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be  responsible for implementing and executing the end user (systems & services) strategy within the Retail & Hospitality sales accounts. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. 

You’ll be part of the Signify Regional Systems & Services Team - Asia Pacific, where you will be based in our satellite office in Hanoi, Vietnam and its responsibilities are building and developing Signify's Professional End-user's Systems & Services business, so driving sales and engaging with customers must be in your DNA. 

What you’ll do
  • Responsible for developing, expanding and growing our Retail and Hospitality business in Vietnam
  • Execute sales and deliver operational targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities
  • Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers with target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting products and solutions provider
  • Hunt for brand new opportunities for our retail and hospitality segment in Vietnam
  • Deploy global / regional sales and marketing strategies in the area / market assigned
What you’ll need
  • Strategic mindset with focus on execution and strong understanding of B2B End-user business in Vietnam
  • 10+ years combined Sales and Sales Management experience gained from an IT / Building Materials / Automation industry
  • Wide network of Contractors, Engineers, Architects, Specifiers, etc. in the Hospitality and Retail (Malls) space
  • 5+ years of proven track-record in key account management, solution selling, and value based selling principles
  • Lighting / solution selling experience or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Vietnamese and English
