Manage the North & Central Vietnam team and report to the HOD
Facilitate team to negotiate and sign leasing and investment brokerage contracts with landlords
Undertake due diligence through performing property evaluations and inspections
Generating leads and set up meetings through consistent phone and email prospecting, networking…
Source the ‘best-fit’ occupiers and investors to lease or invest in client’s land, factories, or warehouses
Help occupiers and investors find properties for their manufacturing, logistics or investment activities
Support landlords and occupiers negotiate and reach agreement on lease terms and renewal
Support landlords and investors reach agreement on LOIs and sales purchase agreements (SPAs)
Find investor opportunities e.g., land bank and asset acquisition, sale leasebacks, and developer JVs
Build and maintain client relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors, and other partners
Support clients to develop leasing and investment strategies
Make presentations and proposals for clients on properties that match their real estate objectives
Reporting & Administration:
Achieve targets for your team set by the HOD and Director
Review offers and leases with the HOD
Ensure team follow up for timely payment of invoices
Active daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of all activities to the HOD
Ensure team collect market research of comparable evidence for valuation purposes
Researching and keeping up to date with Vietnam’s industrial and logistics sector
Working with the HOD to ensure all documents are managed in accordance with company policies
Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary documentation to undertake leasing or sales
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Property, Marketing, Communications or Business courses (mandatory)
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with a real estate agency or developer (mandatory)
Experience in commercial or industrial real estate leasing or investment (preferable)
Experience in a private equity, investment banking, M&A, or commercial leasing (preferable)
Financial modelling and investment analysis skills (preferable)
Excellent Microsoft Office and presentation skill.
Ability to work proficiently with IT resources such as company databases and spreadsheets
Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, and able to handle multiple projects
Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills, both verbal and written
