1. Develop business plan and work plan for Human Resources Department:

  • Develop plan for each period
  • Manging expenses, revenue and profit of the unit;;
  • Set up quality targets for the Company to build as a basis for building SLA for customers ;
  • Develop an annual work plan, each period for the department to ensure the completion of the goals of TNH

2. Developing, implementing and supervising of department 's work management processes and professional processes to ensure service quality:

  • Building procedure and forms for department regarding to: the coordinating process between the operations in the same department and the process to store the internal document
  • Create procedure and templates to manage jobs regarding to HR

3. Organizing, assigning tasks, managing and developing personnel:

  • Assign & arranging personnel for each suitable position as per direction of VP
  • Evaluating, proposing recommendation and discipline employees
  • Training, supporting on career development for employees;
  • Participating in the recruitment and developing organisational structure
  • Updating and guiding regarding process of legal and institutional documents
  • Building a professional, effective and unity working environment.

1. Level:

  • University degree or above major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law
  • English: Level B2
  • Good computer skill and HR system

2. Experience:  At least 08 years of experience in Human Resource Management at big companies (preferably in the field of hospitality ), at least 03 years at manager position

3. Knowlegde:

  • Knowledgeable about HR,  Labor law; Social Insurance Law; Law on Personal Income Tax; Performance management ..
  • Understandable on customer service environment

4. Competency:

  • Task Management skills,
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Ability to evaluate and solve problems and conflicts
  • Good skill on building team relationship
  • Leadership skill
