- Support all Human Resources functions, including but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding, induction and probation procedures
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Closely work with Recruitment Team to deliver effective recruitment support and specific campaigns as needed
- Identify training needs for business unit and individual executive coaching needs. Closely work with the L&D team to conduct training need analysis, identify and implement learning & development programs to support the business needs.
- Coordinate with business unit to implement budget planning, performance evaluation, salary adjustments and annual bonus.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support the operational administration of the department.
- Respond to human resources inquiries and requests for information.
- Manage and ensure organizational chart is up to date according to organizational changes
- Assist in the production of documentation including reports and PowerPoint presentations to a high standard
- Coordinates events or special administrative projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication; being open-minded, pro-active in giving feedbacks and proposing initiatives;
- Good interpersonal skills; keeping balance between diplomatic approach and decision-making process when providing HR consultancy or resolving issues;
- Excellent organizational skills and time management;
- Good command of verbal and written Vietnamese and English; good writing and documentation conception;
- Good understanding of data analytics
