Mô tả chi tiết công việc

- Be responsible for on-going Laguna Park Operation:
- Supervise Admin staff to follow up with all activities and relevant document: in-house purchase, payment, rental statement to owner, and issue VAT for each booking, immigration report to police.
- Supervise Housekeeping team to make sure readiness of room for arrival guests, check the house and make sure condition before guest arrival.
- Manage the inventory allocation list. Manage and supervise Receptionist staff to prepare check in & check out set, take care and made all arrangements according to in house guests’ request (including pick up service and all other requests during stay); make sure hotline available 24/7.
- Supervise Mini mart operation (stock, cashier, menu review).
- Provide daily /weekly/monthly report sent all related departments.
- Coordinate with Project and Engineer team to maintain good condition of public area for proper operation.
- Takes chances to interact with guest to check the satisfaction as well as adjusting the customer service timely. Propose operational action plan to improve service.
- Arrange roster and working ship for Admin, Reception team and Housekeeping team.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager to deliver company target (including sales promotion, campaign, and events)
- Assist in the preparation of Department budget
- Ensure that the department’s Operation budget is in line and cost and strictly controlled
- Responsible to maintain the good relationship and communication with Laguna Park owner.
- Responsible rental revenue report and able to response in properly and professional way.
- Supervise to arrange and deliver best service to owner including receiving booking, make all arrangement for their request during their stay.
- Coordinate with Sale Support Team to follow up on pending payments.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Good English language skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to understand asses and persuade individuals.
- Some knowledge of working practices of a golf club.
- Ability to cope with pressure
- Computer skills
- Preparing reports in English.
- In possession of essential faculties.
- Strong stamina.
