Responsible for providing instructions to 30 inspectors.
Monitor the inspector's work for inadequacies.
Gather problems found in inspection and testing, and compile data for solving the issue.

-PC job
Responsible for coordinate the production schedule for manufacturing requests from Japan.
Direct production requests to the 12 leaders.
Use Excel to manage the purchase and usage of materials.

*Most of request receive from Japan but there is a translator.
