Oversee the planning and implementation of effective food promotions.
Ensure that all departmental reports, schedules, standard recipes, menus, food presentation photographs and correspondences are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage, and within the limits of established Mövenpick policies, overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen & stewarding department.

Scheduled to open in Q2/2019 Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh is located directly on Bai Dai Beach in Cam Ranh near Nha Trang. The integrated resort, built along 600 meters of white powder beach features 618 guest rooms in a resort, pool villas and a Condotel. Facilities include 4 restaurants and 2 bars, a free standing destination spa, 2 large pools, a water slide scape, a rope park, 2 children clubs and a children pool with fun water games. The Swiss Village with F&B, retail, entertainment and various activities will be a highlight of this resort. In- and outdoor fitness facilities complete this resort. Meeting and event facilities for up to 600 people make this the perfect MICE destination. The project site is in close proximity of Cam Ranh International Airport and 24 km from Nha Trang City.
