Key accountabilities 
1. Responsibility for Management and Task coordination:
- Build and execute strategy and action plan of department in line with Division's actions. Ensure department's strategy always match with Bank's and Division's strategy
- Approve and ensure orientation on Enterprise Architecture framework
- Manage EA in many domains such as Operation Architecture, Application Architecture, Information Architecture, and Infrastructure Architecture; including orientation, standardization, setting up, and roadmap
- Consult and approve assessment criteria and appropriate solutions selection in line with Bank's technology orientation
- Research and propose new technology approach and turn it into practice to enhance competitive advantages, service quality, and pioneer in new sector
2. Responsibility for Risk management and compliance:
- Be responsible for building policies, regulations, procedures, guideline on architecture operation, project management, testing
- Monitor and ensure department's operation complies with issued building policies, regulations, procedures, guideline
- Identify department's risks during operation, and coordinate with relevant units to build risk measurement, assessment and mitigation methods.
3. Responsibility for HR management:
- Build staffing plan, coordinate human resources, build assignments, recording, and performance assessment mechanism, ensure maintain resources adequate and quality in the department
- Coach, orient career roadmap for employees, nurture and build HR source for department
- Communicate, orient subordinates in line with system guideline, development orientation
- Reporting line: CIO
Requirements
- Minimum 15 year of experience in implement key end-to-end solutions from operation to application in banking sector such as card, core, internet banking, data warehouse…
- Minimum 13 year of experience in management and leading team to execute Bank's technology
- Understand technology vision and mission of Bank in the next 5-10 year
- Be knowledgeable of banking technology system, especially main domain such as Core banking, Payment, eBanking, Risks Management, Eng-to-End Lending...
- Be able to manage, orient, and lead project team to execute many different projects in finance-banking sector
