- Strategize and execute communication plans for both social media campaigns and corporate events to build a strong employer branding for VNG; coordinate with project team to deliver project’s KPI in scales of online ER & offline attendance rate.
- Manage, create and deliver contents on communication channels: social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), email, PR, website, TV Screen...etc.
- Improve initiatives, channels, tools, and methodology of company communications to enhance the guest and employee experiences and ensure the understanding of company culture.
- Monitor trends of online marketing and social media tools, technologies, applications, and new marketing strategies to separate trends from fads
- Oversee and report social media performance by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, best practices and then working on data; have a decent understanding on channel’s algorithm and functions.
- Support other teams in occasional corporate events, talent engagement, service excellence
- Senior students or fresh graduates in Communication, Marketing, Economics or related majors
- Strong tech-savvy writers with an extensive understanding of young people insights.
- Have good sense of people & the capabilities to communicate with them effectively.
- Have good verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Be detail-oriented and have strong organization skills & interpersonal skills
- Be open-minded, motivated, & strategic with long-term goals.
- Having experience in handling projects or events is a plus
