Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (based in Binh Duong)

• This position oversees a team responsible for the planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, allocations & financial analysis of all annual budget and projection cycles.
• Interact with multiple levels of leadership within the organization including Sr. and Executive Leadership.
• Support decision making and accurate planning through the development of financial models, summary of assumptions and key financial metric analyses.
• Oversee the maintenance and further development of robust monthly reporting packages that provide for timely and reliable financial and operational information for internal decision-making processes, including analytics that accompany the financial reports.
• Continuously refine projections and analyze variances of operating entities and Department's key analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in support of strategic reviews.
• Prepare, review and distribute monthly comparisons of the budget to actual results and prior year actual results to the current year, together with variance explanations for consolidated, divisional and departmental results
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to the CFO, Director of Finance, General Director, General Manager and department management along with applicable variance explanations. Ability to create and maintain conceptual and highly complex, efficient, logical financial models.
• Interface with IT with respect to budgeting system requirements of the company.
• Promote a culture of personal responsibility/accountability and open communications.
• Ensure fair and ethical policies and practices in all relationships and operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models used for due diligence and valuations, including goodwill.
• Liaise with Financial Controller to ensure consistency in report mapping.
• Oversee the administration of the budgeting and financial reporting software.
• Special projects, which arise from time to time.
• Interact with interdepartmental managers to work or resolve problems
• Must be comfortable working outside of normal work hours when required to support US teams

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
• Fluent English in writing, listening and speaking
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office skills
• Expert level Excel Skills
• Expected to use judgement in deciding when to act independently and when to involve the General Director
• 12 - 15 years of relevant finance experience, including experience in finance & strategy in a corporate environment
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Experience leading complex work streams
• Excellent proficiency in accounting and corporate finance concepts
• Familiarity with financial planning processes and business systems such as Hyperion
• Consistent success and career progression
• Flexibility in work schedule as role reports to Director in EST Time Zone
