A. Digital marketing specialist role:
* Knowing the basics of marketing (7Ps in service, Branding, Desk research for market/ competitors / potential partners / clients)
* Knowledge in key areas of marketing (social media, content marketing, email marketing, website administrator, SEM with SEO and PPC)
* Knowing how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy.
* Understanding the key measurement tools available (Google analytics, mail-chimp tracking functions,)
* Staying current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
* Being creative and proactive to suggest any new and appropriate solutions / platforms to increase business value and sale.
* Ability to work, study and connect new online platforms (company / partners)
B. Key account executive:
* Ability to quickly understand company products / services / standards and systems
* Finding out the needs of clients and searching for potential clients.
* Approaching and following up new clients after each marketing campaign to introduce company product / services and USPs
* Educating clients company workflows, standards and order-to-cash process.
* Setting up account to new clients and giving guideline to start working with company
* Maintaining and growing existing clients, define and list all potential customers in assigned area.
* Cooperating with internal coordinator team/ production team to receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time…
* Issuing invoice, order lists and service report to existing clients in the monthly period.
* Frequent report on result, market situation to higher manager

* Graduated from college/ university major in Marketing / e-commerce. 
* At least have 2 year-experiences working in Digital marketing field. 
* Experience in photo / interior design industry is a plus.

* Knowledge / experience of online sales /e-commerce platforms, HTML, CSS and web development tools is a plus.
* Ability to basically design online banner / video is a plus. 
* Fluent in communication in English (oral and mainly in written). 
* Quick learning and easy adapt to new systems / environments. 
* Ability to work independently as well as cooperate with colleagues, clients. 
* Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated. 
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Working hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday), 2 Saturdays/ month (9AM to 4PM)
