HR Strategy’s Client is a company specializing in the Hospitality_Tourism field. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Design Manager position.
Working Location: HCMC
Report to: Director

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To manage and administer the design team in the Production department.
• To advise, direct, and advice for Internal and customer about trend, plan, design.
• Build up, lead, and manage the company in house design Team
• Experience working with projects of residential type (Apartments & Condo, hotels & resorts, etc.)
• Undertake detailed design work on projects as required, and fully check and ensure designs are properly validated as per the approved design process
• Responsible for enhancing the overall quality of design, as well as developing the architectural business
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a wide range of tasks and functions;
• Devoted, Responsible and Career Development Vision.
• Setting the design direction for the development of the projects as well as critiquing and reviewing design proposals by consultants.
• Be responsible for other tasks at the request of the Board of Directors and be responsible for the CEO. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated university major in design manager or related fields.
• At least 03 years of experience in the same position.
• Age: 30 – 40 years old
• Having experience in Apartment, Residence and Resort Design, especially in Maintenance and Upgrade Design
• Under the pressure of work, willing to work overtime
• Autonomy, able to build up his/ her own material to work
• Well presentable will have to represent the hotel when prospecting new business inside and outside the resort
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties, reflecting strongly on the hotel, brand and company
   

BENEFITS

• Salary: $2000–$3000, depending on the ability of the candidate.
