• To follow establish guest service standards for the various types of demands which meet the needs of the targeted market and which are in line with the operating concept of the department.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the Restaurant & Bar in accordance with hotel standards and the goals of Pullman Da Nang Beach Resort
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all time.
• To handle complaints and guests suggestions by using the proper channel of delegation and report any issue to management and record in the log book accordingly.
• Assist guests with being allocated and seated at a restaurant table as required.
• Body & Soul, the service attitudes model developed by Pullman
• Welcomer, Quality & Attitude Manager, Event Manager - some of the new Pullman professions
• A Pullman “school” of leadership, focusing on creativity.
