Job responsibilities: 

Manage all activities in a shift at an assigned store.
Manage all activities of the store in working shifts : Control service, food quality and delivery quality (any if); Recognize and give solutions for all problems or customer complaints, report and ask for SM’s support if something is out of control.
Check, confirm bill/invoices
Check and ensure the bar book , kitchen and cash book are correct.
Control cost of electricity, water, gas ... in a scientific and save
To arrange people to receive material/products from factory, supplier or other stores (if any).
Staffing & coaching performance of store staff.
Manage staff to carry out the company rules, regulations...
Perform other duties as required by management
