• Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance: (70%)
    • Make the report to SI Dept. every month as per mandatory requirement.
    • Process for open SI book and HI Card for all employees.
    • Complete monthly sick leave and maternity leave list report for Social Dept.
    • Process for Close SI Book and deliver for leaving staffs.
    • Make reconcilement between company with Social Dept. monthly/quarterly.
    • Final payment for monthly SI.
  • Personal Income Tax: (10%)
    • Complete monthly PIT declaration for employees and report to Tax Dept.
    • Compile annual PIT finalization for employees and report to Tax Dept.
    • Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
    • Register personal income tax code for employees.
    • Register dependants list with Tax Department.
  • Compensation: (10%)
    • Complete monthly payroll for employees.
    • Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference.
    • Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
    • Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month.
  • HR Admin Support & Contracted staff Controlling: (10%)
    • Check documents support for payroll (including deduction HI card,  maternity list, sick leave allowance list, maternity leave allowance  list,..).
    • Other task. 


  • Bachelor degree (preferred from Finance or Business Management Faculty).
  • Good written and oral English.
  • 2 –3 year experience in C&B management (Especially Social, Health and unemployment field) with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in local Social/Health/Unemployment Law knowledge.
  • Tax knowledge.
  • Experience in consumer finance industry.
