Trainer
Ho Chi Minh

Responsibilities:

Trainer role responsible for country wise network capability agenda including planning, develop, delivery training, implementation and sustain network & culture initiatives across the country  – this role reports to Network Manager or Business Manager.
  • Competency management  and capability planning:
    • Plan departmental/ functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers.
    • Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs (NW, Marketing plan, new product…). 
    • Identify, select and manage external training, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
    • Organize training plan approved. 
    • Understand of interpersonal skills.
    • Make evaluation after training and report to Sup/ NWM/ HR.
    • Train and coach for sales skill.
    • Review the planning, delivery and assessment of each program. 
    • Develop a method for evaluating programs/ feedback.
    • Assess problem situations to identify causes, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem. 
  • Develop and delivery training:
    • Work with each Sup & BA and identify development plan for them.
    • Coordinate with Operation Executive about training schedule for BA.
    • Coordinate with other Training Service to design training programs  if any.
    • Contact and book training room with Hotel to arrange training course.
    • Communication on the training plan with NW + Sup (time, place…).
    • Make trainees list before sending to NW + Sup.
    • Follow up and upgrade knowledge for older BA.
    • Ensure training invitation delivery to all trainees.
    • Organise training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. 
    • Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training. 
    • Monitor, manage and deliver training evaluation after training course.
    • Ensure quality after training. 
  • Capability development for business expansion:
    • Participate in implementation of new business plan with assessment and recommendation to business manager, and training & evaluating for BA. 
    • Develop training material, make up KPI and ensure launch on time (new project), BA capability meet BOD expectation.
  • Sustainment of KPI system:
    • Revise KPI system, aligned mechanics with BOD. 
    • Analysis to identify strength & weakness and recommendation to improve in each store. 
    • Training Sup in details to maximize the impact of KPI to their incentive monthly (link to Sup monthly action plan).
    • Specific understanding KPI achievement in strategic stores. 
  • Team motivation:
    • Build up loyalty for BA.
    • Execute correctly BA objectives individually, monthly. 
    • Build competency for BA with new model and execute to support NWM for implementation.
    • Communicate and share to overcome working difficulties.
    • Be connection between company and BA.
    • Monitor short goals to guide the action process and create an overall philosophy.
    • Coach and instruct BA.
    • Reinforce and reward the right behaviors.
    • Talent development for BA team.
  • Culture management:
    • Clear understand company culture.
    • Build up and delivery company culture to adapt in working environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in training role for COSMETIC OR LUXURY PRODUCTS.
  • Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Training skill, computer skill.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking, can-do attitude.
  • Planning and Organizing - Detail Orientation - Multi - Tasking - Time Management.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Team Work - Influence - Customer Service Orientation.
