Sales Executive
Ha Noi


  • Searching for new customers:
    • By making an active prospect and using all ways to be aware of the opportunities to sell the CICA’s products, especially by using daily newspapers, business directory, yellow pages, internet, television, others…
    • By contacting the accurate managers of the prospects and proposing the CICA’s products.
  • Preparing sales visit to potential customers:
    • Establish a weekly visit schedule to visit customers.
    • Send the letter of representation to the potential customers.
    • Phone call, making appointment.
    • Find out the customers activity, capital, finance resources, number of employees, machines already used by the customers, their further plan, customer’s need.
    • Draw the benefit and advantages that potential customers may expect from purchasing from CICA.
    • To find out about customer’s organization: projects consultants, board of directors, technical purchasing and finance department, others…
  • Visit and keep contact with the client:
    • Presentation of the company: CICA activity, products sold, after sales service.
    • Propose our products and sending quotations.
    • Keep contact with the client as much as possible by means of visits, phone call, letter of representation, technical visit, etc…
  • Selling products as follow :
    • Air Compressors
    • Generators
    • Drilling rigs
  • Follow up existing customers, old customers and prospect.
  • Follow up the market, Especially the following industries below :
    • Quarries
    • Road repairing
    • Iron & steel
    • Mining
    • Construction
  • Reporting after visiting the clients:
    • Weekly reports to the Product manager the current business activity, especially about the hot customers. The Saturday is dedicated to the business debriefing and sales update.
    • Make a detailed report of the prospect customers and overall activities of the week by using the report templates.
    • Input all new information about the customers (addresses, contacts, equipment, spare parts, projects…) in the database of the sales department.


  • University graduate.
  • Excellent command in English, both oral and writing.
  • Aggressive, enthusiasm, ability to work independently and responsibly and organization to work effectively.
  • Good communication and expectation to create relationship with new customers and develop in sales field.
  • Preference for person who has minimum 03 years working experience in selling construction and industrial equipment.
  • Good MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
