• Manage shipping departments (documentations for import, export for both sea & air shipments).
  • Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
  • Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any).
  • Report to Manager/ Director for any irregularity.


  • At least 5 years of working experience in Shipping Operations/ Customer services with minimum 3 years management role.
  • Full knowledge in forwarding filed in Vietnam northern area.
  • Have working experience in foreign forwarding company.
  • Strong analysis skill and project management.
  • Good time management and multi-task management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels.
  • Ability to function as an effective team member and act as a leader to Operation team.
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
  • Strong customer service and results orientation.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Bilingual as native speaker for local market and good English both in oral and written.
  • Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package.
  • University graduated is preferable.
