Administration And Business Support Officer

  •  Translate and interpret documents, both written and orally
  •  Assist with communications as and when needed (English/Vietnamese) for other departments
  •  Prepare meeting schedules
  •  Take down minutes of meetings
  •  Handle all matters relating to domestic and international business travel such visa, flight booking, accommodation, transportation, travel insurance, temporary residential card for visitors and staff when required
  •  Manage stamp duties, licensing fees, etc.
  •  Manage car rentals  and checking of car rental bills
  •  Support team building activities
  •  Manage files and records
  •  Perform other related duties as required


  •  Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in admin support
  •  Experience in working in a multinational environment
  •  Willing to learn and good working attitudes
  •  Good interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Organized, tidy, and efficient
  •  Able to multi task
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  •  Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
